Diabetes

Lions, with the support of Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF), are working to reduce the prevalence of diabetes and improve the lives of those living with diabetes.

Facts

9 in 10

Partnerships

LCIF has partnered with Global HOPE (a program of Texas Children’s Hospital) to help address the huge discrepancies in outcomes from childhood cancer in developing countries compared to developed countries.

Fighting childhood cancer in Africa

Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) and Global HOPE® (Hematology-Oncology Pediatric Excellence), a program of Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine, announce a new partnership to improve childhood cancer survival rates in sub-Saharan Africa.

Wishing big for childhood cancer

Thanks to the care his daughter, Finley Holland, received at the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic in Peoria, Illinois, Lion Tony Holland wanted to give back to the hospital. That’s why he turned to LCIF to help him “wish big” and make a difference for more than 5,000 kids living with cancer and their families.
